No — these two are alternatives, not a stack. The 15% comes off the installed price when you pay up front; the 0% offer is what we can do instead when you’d rather finance. Your advisor will price both on the same quote so you can compare them directly.
It depends on how you were going to pay. If you’re writing a check either way, 15% off is straightforwardly the lower number. If you’d otherwise put the system on a card or a loan, 6 months at 0% is usually worth more than the discount — especially if you can clear the balance inside the window.
No — and this is the part people most often get wrong. Monthly payments start right away. What the promotion removes is the interest, not the payment. For the first 6 months every dollar you pay goes against the balance rather than to finance charges, and if you clear the balance inside that window you pay no interest at all.
A qualifying complete system replacement — typically the outdoor condenser or heat pump together with the matched indoor air handler or furnace and coil. Single-component swaps and repairs aren’t part of the sale. Your estimate will state exactly what’s included before you commit.
Sale pricing applies to the 2026 equipment we’re clearing out of the warehouse. Specific models and sizes sell through at different rates, so the sooner you book, the more configurations are still on the shelf. If what your home needs is already gone, we’ll tell you that at the estimate rather than after.
Both offers end December 31, 2026, or when the clearance inventory is gone — whichever comes first. The install doesn’t have to be finished by then, but the agreement does.
