About Service Wizard

Charles Osgood, owner of Service Wizard, has worked in the air conditioning industry for decades. His family business, Osgood Heating and Air Conditioning, was founded in 1968 and successfully run for 30 years. After the family business merged with and became ARS in 1998, Charles Osgood formed Service Wizard and was joined by his brother John Osgood soon after. Together they learned the value of providing their customers with stellar service and have been rewarded with satisfied clients for decades!

They’ve been using their expertise in Austin since the early ’80s! They show up every time for their customers, and they cherish the relationships they build with their community. They enjoy being close to the customer and are dedicated to offering good value and quality equipment and service.

Service Wizard AC specializes in AC installations, maintenance and AC Repairs. AC repairs and installations are performed by well-trained staff under the close supervision of two highly experienced technicians.
